This special 3-hour camp combines Kyokushin Karate (striking) and Wrestling (grappling) to give kids a well-rounded foundation in martial arts — while helping them learn how to stand up for themselves and others with courage and respect.

Warm Ups & Icebreakers: Fun games to get moving and make new friends
Karate Basics: Footwork, blocking, and how to escape grabs with confidence
Wrestling Fundamentals: Safe takedowns, balance drills, and how to fall safely
Confidence & Anti-Bullying Skills: Role-playing real-life scenarios, learning to speak up, and setting boundaries
