KICKBOXING
BEGINNER FRIENDLY | ALL LEVELS (75 MIN)
This class works on the highest level of physical conditioning, or “fight conditioning”. Based on our Sensei’s former time as a National Athlete, expect to challenge yourself with kickboxing combinations on the pads, as well as strength and cardio drills that target the whole body.
KYOKUSHIN
BEGINNER FRIENDLY | ALL LEVELS (75 MIN)
Whether you're new to martial arts or a seasoned practitioner, prepare to dive into a new level of mental and physical intensity with this Kyokushin Karate program. Students will tackle invigorating drills crafted to push their limits, conquer challenging block counters, and learn to flow through the intricate movements of Kata practice.
STRIKING BASICS
BEGINNER FRIENDLY | ALL LEVELS (75 MIN)
Striking Basics is designed to develop and reinforce strong striking fundamentals for students of all experience levels. Led by the same Sensei who teaches our Kickboxing and Kyokushin programs, training focuses on essential movement, stance, basic punches and kicks, and correct striking mechanics. Sessions are structured to support complete beginners with zero experience, while also giving experienced practitioners the space to refine technique, timing, and efficiency.
ARNIS
BEGINNER FRIENDLY | ALL LEVELS (75 MIN)
Arnis, also known as Eskrima or Kali, is a dynamic Filipino martial art centered on stick fighting, knife defense, and empty-hand techniques. It emphasizes fast, practical moves designed for real world self defense. Suitable for all skill levels, Arnis provides an engaging way to boost fitness and build effective combat skills.
KRAV MAGA
BEGINNER FRIENDLY | ALL LEVELS (60 MIN)
Krav Maga is a self defense system employed by military and law enforcement around the world (including Singapore) due to its effectiveness. Classes are designed around real-world scenarios, ensuring you acquire practical skills—like disarming an attacker wielding a knife—after each session.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU GI
BEGINNER FRIENDLY | ALL LEVELS (75 MIN)
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) concentrates on ground fighting, using different grappling and takedown techniques in order to force the opponent into submission, including lapel grabs and defences. Our Instructor is certified under Checkmat, one of the most well-respected BJJ organisations and competition teams in the world.

Help your child build confidence, discipline, and practical self defense skills with our martial arts program for kids and teens designed to support their growth in a structured yet fun environment. Our program runs for ages 5 to 17.
